Andy provides support, challenge and guidance for people looking to flourish and succeed as leaders. Formerly head of Unilever’s Marketing Academy and Co-Founder of Brand Learning, he draws on over 30 years of commercial, consulting and leadership experience.
Andy is qualified with an MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and is endorsed by the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS). He has recently published a book called The Inspired Leader exploring how people can discover and maintain their personal inspiration as leaders.

Most recently Michael was employed as Chief HR Officer at Maersk Line, the world's largest container shipping company, where he was part of a turnaround executive team that returned the company to profitability & drove a cultural transformation across 130 countries.
